When measuring the neck of your loved fur baby, please add 4 inches to the measurement for the correct size collar. The listed collar sizes are not based on the neck size it is the size of the leatherette. please order size accordingly. (ie: neck is 16" +add 4"= 20 inches (20" would need a collar size of the next higher size) =(23 x1).
