Refund policy

Personalized items, items purchased on sale, are non-returnable.

Items not personalized and not discounted, we accept returns within 15 days of purchase, items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping is the custormer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. 

A partial credit may be available in certain circumstances. 

We understand that plans change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However to be fair to our team and other clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
